Best Fish Tank

Hi, I have two aquarium tanks downstairs in the basement.  There is a door downstairs that lead out to the parking drive way and the door is facing south.  My aquarium tanks consist of an golden arrowana and dwarf frogs. I am wondering where the best location is to place the two fish tanks. The entrance to my house upstairs is facing north if that may be of help.

If you have the time, perhaps you can read a short article I wrote; under + Reading: Fish

Under Feng Shui, the two BEST locations for a fish tank are:

1. North (where the element is Water)

2. South East (a good location for having a fish tank). It is said that rearing fish:

- golden arrowana is an excellent choice.

- some practioners recommend `black' fishes e.g. black gold fish as a neutralisng element. As black represents water element and under the 5 elements concept, Black gold fish = Water Element increases the strength the " Water. " But may not be that practical.. if a person does not have the time to maintain them.

Furthermore, they can only live between 6 months to 3 years only.

South belongs to the fire element and usually a fish tank there is not advisable as it clashes with South (fire) element unless your aim is `weaken' the fire element.
